On behalf of the staff of Anime Austin, we hope that you are doing safe and well. We regretfully must cancel our 2020 event for the health and safety of the community and we thank you all for your patience while we worked to establish a healthy and safe solution for this pandemic.
Those that have pre-registered will have their tickets automatically transferred to 2021. By retaining your ticket for 2021 you will help us to bring you the programing you have loved and enjoyed in previous years. However, if you would like or need a refund, we will be happy to assist you. Please contact us using the link to our contact form below and we would be happy to assist you.
Hotel rooms reserved through the Anime Austin block may be cancelled without penalty. Reservations made through the hotel or a third party vendor must be cancelled directly with that hotel or vendor.
Exhibitors in our 2020 Dealer's Hall and Artist Alley will also have their booth spaces carried over to 2021 and our staff will be in touch with you directly.

Our panelist form will be reset and you will have to re-apply for 2021. Regarding our 2020 guest list, we will be working as hard as possible and extending offers to them to join us in 2021 as well as working to add additional guests to our lineup.
We would like to thank our attendees, staff, volunteers guests, vendors, artists, and panelists for all the passion and effort you put into this community. There are so many elements that come together to make a convention possible.
We hope that come 2021 we will be in a more stable place and that we may once again gather in this wonderful community you have all helped to create. Until then, please continue to monitor updates from the CDC, the World Health Organization, and your local government for news and guidance on the pandemic.
